With Vensa, you can choose for each provider if they are open for all patient bookings, or if they are only available for their own enrolled patients.
Some services take longer than usual - with Vensa you can set how long each service takes. The patient then selects the service they require and we book them two or three consecutive slots in Evolution.
You can choose to ask the patient to provide their name, dob and mobile number in the beginning of the booking process - we then check the PMS for their enrollement status, GP, age etc and only display the appointment books and services that are appropriate for this specific patient.
With Vensa you can specific exactly which provider is offering which services to select online. This means for example 'Smears' and 'Imms' can be shown under the Nurse templates only, 'Medical Consult' for GPs etc. Patients can filter for services and will be shown only providers who offer their required service.
When the patient books an appointment and selects the service they need, we can display customisable info pages and questionnaires relevant to this specific service. Inform your patients about the pricing, preparations they need to take or ask them more questions around their medical history - upon booking, this information will be added to their daily record, so the provider has all the info they need before seeing the patient.
Each service can be set to be displayed for just one specific patient age group. With this you could opt to only show services such as 'Childhood Imms' if the patient that is booked for is between 0-17 years. Cervical Smears service could be set to only show for patients 25-69yo etc.

Select which services and patient groups can opt to pre-pay online and which patient groups are required to prepay and which services do not require any prepayments at all.
Payment gets added as a credit to the patient's transaction account right away. If the patients EVO account is in credit, we will not ask for prepayment.
Manage appointments your way - for high risk symptoms we can automatically prompt your patients to call reception for bookings or display them with custom instructions.
